Last night my boyfriend of three and a half years broke up with me. Seems like he was the only thing keeping my symptoms mostly in check. Now I'm scared.

My symptoms have been manageable for a few months now, while only taking an anxiety medication. It's only been about nine months since I was diagnosed with schizophrenia and I haven't gotten to the point where I felt I needed more meds. I'm in therapy.

As soon as I found out, pretty much out of the blue, I broke down. It only took a couple hours or so for my symptoms to return hardcore, just as they were in the very beginning. The ghost girl is back, as is the advancing entity in my mind. My good voice is too quiet and the noises too loud. The paranoia is growing worse and I'm becoming terrified.

I just signed a lease with him last month, so I'm here with him for another year. He's said he'll still pay for my necessities as I still can't support myself. This is good but doesn't help the paranoia. I can't see my psychologist very often. I have no friends. I can rarely talk to my mom and my brother is off doing drugs. My boyfriend's sister and her kids, whom I love like my own, I will also lose.

Anyways, I'm not sure how to deal as this is the most stressful situation I've been in since being diagnosed and if the symptoms and rage get much worse, I don't know what I'll do. I guess I don't quite know specifically what I'm asking, just for help, maybe advice. Either way, thank you for reading this.
