Apple Music (offline) showing music I didn't download.

Why is Apple Music on my iPhone showing music I did not download when I select "Only Downloaded Music"? There are numerous records that show in this view, but when you open that album, it is not downloaded to my phone.

I'd prefer albums I didn't download were absent from the "Only Downloaded Music" view.

Any ideas?
