Asian-American Studying Abroad in Rome
Hello everyone!
I'll be studying abroad in Rome this fall semester and I'm both super nervous and excited. I noticed that Rome is 0.2% Asian. I'm from a city where the racial makeup is predominantly Asian. I've never really faced racism for being an East-Asian women in America, but I have seen racism against East-Asian's in Paris before.
What do you think most peoples views on East-Asian (particularly) Korean women are in Rome? For extra information, I do not speak Italian - I do speak English and Korean.
