Newbie question about MOBO/RAM compatibility :D

What exactly does this mean if the mobo says

MEMORY TYPE DDR4-2133 / 2400 / 2800 / 2933 / 3200

Can I use DDR4-3000 RAM? Does 2933 / 3200 mean 2933 through 3200 RAM max?

I'm looking into getting http://pcpartpicker.com/p/dnvQ3C There isn't a GPU on there yet, i'll be using my old HD 6970 until the GTX 1070 is released in June. Will this ram and mobo be compatible? Also does this build look solid?
