Any geographic correlation to breakouts?

I started school in Salt Lake city this past fall (very arid and dry), and only had probably one major breakout, with the occasional pimple here and there, which went away quickly when treated with Clean and Clear Dual Action Moisturizer (http://www.cleanandclear.com/moisturizers/essentials-dual-action-moisturizer) . When I came back home to Vermont (very humid and wet), I've had really bad breakouts that won't go away when treated the same as when at school. This happened both over Christmas and now, summer.
