Does RPG Maker MV have modern tilesets?

Thinking of picking up RPG Maker MV as my first RPG Maker game (since I have a mac), however I wanted to know if there were modern tilesets in the game preinstalled, specifically a school and city. Also, do tilesets and packs from VX work with this version?
