Doom 2016: Unfortunate change in chain gun firing sounds.

So I got the chain gun eventually, and started firing it. I felt like an unstoppable god, between the damage and the ear-shattering "POWPOWPOWPOWPOW" of its firing sound. It was awesome.

Then I got the spin-up upgrade for it, where you hold secondary to pre-spin the gun before you actually fire it. Immediately upon firing it, something felt... off. Heck even just spinning it up seemed weird. But I couldn't put my finger on it.

I went to fart around in some classic maps, and played one where you get the chain gun. Which of course is un-upgraded. Immediately upon firing it, I knew what was bothering me: that upgrade completely changed the firing sound to something much weaker! What gives? Also the spin-up sound itself sounds weak, less like a whirling death machine and more like a noisy ceiling fan.

I kinda wonder if they messed something up there. I haven't gotten the other upgrade for the gun yet, so I dunno if that one sounds different too.
