LPT Request: How to check for water pumped into chicken?

Request

I often buy chicken filet at the supermarket. But lately I find a lot of water in my oven dish after cooking. I suspect it's because of (plumping)[https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Plumping]. Is there a way I can check the chicken prior to buying it whether it was plumped with water or some other solution?
