Need help building a PvP and PvE team!

https://imgur.com/a/gtpGU Here is a link to the heroes I currently have. I was trying to use Nova and Captain Marvel in the PvP team. I am not set in stone on using them though. I have not been having really good luck with wasp even thought I know she is a PvP power house. I am sure that this has been posted already somewhere. If anyone has a link to that post I would greatly appreciate it. If not I would love any suggestions on team setup, move layouts or even iso suggestions. I will keep this post up to date of how the layouts work and how it is working PvP rank wise. Thanks again so much for any info.
