[NEWS] Chong Van Dinh Merges VL Ministries

The recently appointed Minister of Education, Propaganda, and Foreign Affairs of Vietnam-Laos, Chong Van Dinh, has released a statement today declaring the merging of all ministries under his administration:

After a period of speculation and consideration, as well as consultation with my advisers and comrades, I have concluded that it would be most effective - and, consequentially, most beneficial to the citizens of Vietnam-Laos - to conjoin the existing ministries that currently fall under my command. The Ministries of Education, Propaganda, and Foreign affairs are hereby collectively administrated as the Ministry of Information. It is with confidence that I state my decision will allow me to maximize the efficiency of my position, and inevitably, we shall push forth into a new era of progress and prosperity. Education should be - and will be - the first and foremost subject on the minds of the VL people. Without education, we are but primitive and uncivilized slaves to ignorance; however, with a well-run and well-maintained system for instructing the youth - and similarly, the mature - of the skills and tools needed for the advancement of Dungist socialism, we shall grow into the most productive and content society the world has ever scene. Chong has stated that these changes will be effective immediately. Hail Dung!
