Anyone monitoring their steps while playing?

I have a Apple Watch and have been monitoring my steps. I've got a small play area 1.6x2.5 m. I've been getting at least two miles walking in and hitting and passing my exercise goals for each day just playing Vive.

This also makes me very concerned for my carpet.

How about you all?
