I've setup an IRC server to use as a base for my Nujabes related projects.

Hi guys. I've lurked the sub for quite some time, and recently I've decided to pull the metaphorical trigger on something I've been wanting to do for a long time. I'm a huge fan of Reddit. I think it's wonderful. For what it is, of course. Being the 90's kid I am, I've always had a place in my heart(albeit needless & dark) for instant messaging. Thus, the reason I created the IRC server.

What's irc?

I have numerous projects I'm working on in my free time that are inspired by Nujabes and his music. None of them will bring me any profit, so please do not get the wrong idea of me.

These include but are not limited to:

• Single page "one-stop-shop" to introduce new-comers to his music in an intuitive manner.
• Short film of how he's impacted my life, and how he can potentially impact so many more. I currently have around 20 minutes of footage of me walking around in public places asking people if they'd like to listen to his music, and then getting their opinions on it.
• Full-length documentary. This is extremely ambitious, and I cannot promise you it will ever get done. But it's something I really want to do.

Connection information:

The channels I've setup are as follows

• General
• Programming

Anything can be talked about in general. I trust all of you to treat each other with respect and dignity.

Please keep in mind that host names are visible when connecting via an unprotected client. My experience with KiwiiIrc(the web client linked above) has been decent. It doesn't disclose host names. At least it didn't for me.

Mac user? No problem! Here are some IRC clients for ya'.

• LimeChat
