[ENDING SPOILERS] The only thing I think they missed out on in this game

I've seen people wishing Nadine or Rafe's character archs were more fleshed out, but I think that both of these villains were beautifully fleshed out. I wish they had've had more Orca and Knot in the game. These two Shoreline troopers pretty much just stood around the entire game. If I'm not mistaken, Knot was silent the entire game, and Orca had one line which was something like "sorry ma'am". To me these two should've had much bigger roles in the game. They should've at least been mini boss fights of some sort, or had a larger role in Shoreline's tactics or troop movements or something instead of just being two more Shoreline goons. This is literally my only issue with the game though, and its not even an issue really. Just something I would've personally liked to see.
