New player building to Tau 1500pts

This is my currently planned list to build up to 1500 points. Right now I have the Tau start collecting box and a ghostkeel. I want to build an optimized stealth cadre but the rest of the list is open to suggestion. I am not looking to be very competitive, just a casual list that could put up a fight in a stronger game.
