[Condom Issues] I'm nervous about having sex moving forward in my life because of mental blocks

Long story short: I've had sex with like 10 women, most of which were without a condom. When I've had to use a condom in the past, I've been unable to function (I lose my boner when I put it on, or we fuck for a bit and I lose my boner) -- sex to me doesn't feel as incredible as people make it out to be. I feel like I have weird sensitivity on my penis or at least decreased sensitivity. Blowjobs and handjobs feel great, but sex, even without a condom, isn't mindblowing. With a condom -- it feels like nothing.

I've tried a few types of condoms, it's all the same

I don't death grip masturbate

I've tried cutting down/out on masturbating

Nothing works.

I'm at a point in life where I'm talking to a bunch of cute girls and could be parlaying this into sex soon, and I'm deathly afraid that if she isn't on birth control and wants to use a condom, I won't be able to, and I'll fuck the whole thing up.

I don't even know how to explain myself to them without sounding like a jerk who just wants to raw dog. I can't think of a funny or clever excuse. It's definitely at least 70% mental at this point, but I don't know how to circumvent the thought process. I feel like I need a girl to practice with, but that's not something easy to find, and opportunities are knocking that will make that "training process" not realistic.

If anyone has advice that would rule.
