Steam web helper no longer working with latest windows 10 insider build.

Anyone else unable to do anything on steam that requires the web helper (like browsing the store) since the latest windows 10 insider update?

Also i noticed that after I try and use the web helper my mouse will permanently have the loading animation until I kill steam.

SOLUTION: I found a fix. Go to steam settings -> interface and uncheck "enable directWrite for improved don't smoothing and kerning" then restart steam.
