Help teach me how to tie this bowtie?

Hey guys, I've looked at a few videos but all of them that I have found show one piece bow ties, now the two piece like I have here.

In the pic below (its sort of hard to see), side B has a hook, side D has a T bar, and there are little slits (for adjustment I think?) between sides C and D. there is also a piece that slides along the slits between ends C and D that has a tiny opening (maybe for the hook to attach to?)

I don't necessarily need a video on how to tie it, although if you have a video that you think is good, feel free to post it, but mostly I am confused on how to arrange these two pieces to make one piece to be able to start using to tie.
