[Self Learning]Trying to calculate terminal velocity of a man falling from space

This is a case of over thinking things but i want to get the terminal velocity of a person falling from a space ship and hurdling downward onto a planet in this case earth. Every time I try to plug in the variables into the equation i get ridiculously low numbers. I'm sure I'm screwing up the drag coefficient and the projected area. I have tried over and over for nearly 4 hours using different recourse and this is my last hope of answering this nearly pointless question. The Mass of said person is 600kg
Equation i have been trying to use: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Terminal_velocity (physics section)
