What happens if I am over the weight limit when I arrive to bootcamp?

I am 6 foot 5 inches and am set to ship for boot camp in December. The maximum weight for my height is 226lbs and I currently weight 222lbs. I am working to lose weight but nothing seems to be working, if anything I am beginning to gain weight. Worse case scenario if I am over the weight limit by a few pounds what would be the repercussions? Is that grounds for separation from the Navy? All information is greatly appreciated and thank you in advance.
