30mg of Vyvanse makes me really irritable and really tired.

What could be causing this? I've heard that anger could be from the dose being too high but I just switched from 15mg of Adderall XR which was perfect for me, and 30mg of Vyvanse is smaller than 15mg of Adderall XR. I've already increased my dose and I should be able to pick it up tomorrow but... will the anger go away or is it likely to get even worse at a higher dose? I have BPD as well so my anger is already pretty bad without Vyvanse... but Vyvanse has been making the anger worse and that's the opposite of what I need right now.
