What are my options?

I was an MIS major, but recently switched to Finance. Hate MIS with a passion and i did poorly in the classes.

State school, ~70% acceptance rate, not a target school obviously.

My gpa is around a 2.9 and the only internship i have is a "data internship". I'm not too optimistic about my future. Realistically, what are my options?
