What can I expect from this jump?(200ug to 400ug)

Sadly, I have no real clue if what I've taken was 200ug as I've never ordered off the darknet, but I've tripped like 4 times and it's been pretty similar in terms of visuals and headspace each time, similar to what people describe for 200ug. I'd been hoping the last two trips would be more intense, but they've been pretty underwhelming in terms of visuals. This time I'd like to try 400ug, but I'm wondering what I can expect. Are visuals and headspace noticeably crazier and more intense at 400ug? Is it going to be overwhelming? Will I be able to control myself? How can I prepare?

Also, as a side note, I'm a bit concerned with going insane. I don't mean to offend anyone, but with some of the stuff I read on this sub, it's obvious some people here have lost their touch on reality, and I'm worried that can also happen to me, especially after a higher dose. Are these worries rational?
