2016-05-15 al-Yom fi Suriya

Breakdown Explanation: Syria is divided into 14 governorates (Aleppo (Halab), Suweida, Quneitirah, Daraa, Idlib, Raqqah, Hasakah, Tartous, Latakia, Damascus, Rif Dimashq, Hama, Homs, and Deir Ez-Zor), which are then further divided into districts and sub districts. For the purpose of covering events in Syria, they will be covered by the governorate they occurred in. Occasionally if there are several major fronts in a given governorate that cause confusion (south and north Aleppo etc) a given governorate will be displayed with various battle fronts separated under sub-headings. If there is no major news from a given governorate for a day, it will not be included.
