Skype messing with my Warframe

I play 800x600 and whenever I have skype open my game crashes when I ult tab Warframe, its less of a crash and more of a freeze because I can hear my game normal. I have to ctrl alt delete to exit and restart. Help please. and no im not buying teamspeak or anything.
