Need help deciding on a drone for my GoPro

I'm looking for a drone kit that with simply a mount for my GoPro Hero 4. Currently I'm looking into buying a ZMR250. The drone will be used for aerial photography and video. How would I go about maximizing flight time and not necessarily speed? Budget is around $150. Any advice is much appreciated.
