What is the scene like in Prescott?

Me and my SO are looking to get out of the bay area of CA. We are into nature, music, good food, sustainable living, and Jiu Jitsu and all styles of grappling. I grew up in Chandler and Scottsdale band am not really into the scene down in the valley. Wondering how open-minded people are in Prescott and if it is a chill place to live.
