Is Stellaris more resource intensive than EU4?

Hi. I'd like to know how stellaris gonna run on my laptop before purchasing it. Previously I played EU4 on the low settings and had pretty low fps. something between 20 and 30 fps. my laptop has nVidia GeForce GT 720M and Intel Core i5-3337U (1.8-2.7 GHz) + 8 GB ram. Will it run with a decent fps? thanks.
