Just reset gaming laptop and it now runs GTA 5 maxed out 30fps

My lenovo y70 has running like shit lately. Most notibly alongside the fact its framerate would go down to 15 25 fps inside a car (around high), it also looked like my graphics card was on its last legs with corrupted graphics that looked like the decaying of previously rendered graphics.

I said enough was enough and reset my PC. It now runs at 30 fps and maxed out settings. Now before you go out and state that that's not impressive this is on a mobile gpu (860m 4gb).

not confirming these are max graphics. May be hiding max settings but it had a few ultras on.
