Are my feelings wrong?

I don't own a horse, and my parents can't afford one. It's become really hard lately, since I'm at a small barn, and I've been watching girls who have been riding for a few months at the most get ponies. Meanwhile, I can't even lease. Today, I saw on Facebook that a bunch of them went riding bareback today. I feel so left out. They get all the attention from the main trainer, and they are all she cares about. They get to hang out at the barn, do cool things together, meanwhile here I am, stuck at home wishing I had a pony. I also can't show as much as them, which also plays into it too. I just want those opportunities that they get with their ponies. I also want a pony to call my own, not school ponies, but my own. I want a pony to love and spoil.

Are my feelings of being left out wrong? Is there anything I can do? Should I just suck it up and deal with the fact I'll never have a pony?
