Why does faceits support blows?

I now had 3 bans racked up because I got vac auth error problems and didn't fix it in time to reconnect, contacted faceit support twice and never got an actual response, I don't even know if I can get the bans lifted or not, just a link to steam how to fix vac auth errors which I follow each time I get this issue.

Not only that I never managed to get in touch with live support when we get problems in pugs, only a few days ago a team took advantage of the pause bug where if you pause and disconnect and reconnect you get another 800$ on the pistol round so the whole team had tec9 or dgl armor and I had the live support window open for 1 hour and never got in contact with an admin about it.

Seems weird since faceit have grown a lot I still get the same support issues I had a year ago.
