26M Venezuela -> Anywhere

This is my situation, I'm a software developer with a computer engineering degree, I also am a musician with some skills in audio mixing and recording and an IELTS score of 6.5. I have the wish to leave my country because of the horrible economic, political and social situation we are living in; you can read around and see what I'm talking about. The thing is that in spite I'm not starving, I'm relatively broke. My salary is around $50 monthly (shamefully sad) considering the minimum wage is $15. As you can see, extremely hard to visualize a future. I'm just wondering if there's a way to leave in this condition, I really invest a lot of time browsing for jobs aboard but I think most of those sites are a scam, I don't know where to look anymore, I'm out of ideas. Recently I came to reddit and found a honest community, and if not solutions or clues; at least a story to share. I'm even considering to be a volunteer in any cause, to help and share culture and at least not have the sensation of being wasting my life. Anyone knows a way or have an idea how can I start my journey?
