I haven't worn a hat in a week.
Hey all. Small victory for me, but I thought I'd share.
I'm a 26 year old guy who started balding at age 20. I've kept my head shaved for the past 3 years, but during this whole time I've worn a hat almost every day out of insecurity of my hair. It made sense in the winter to keep my head warm, but during the summer I looked ridiculous wearing a beanie in July 90 degree weather. Recently, I've decided that I'm going to fucking own the hand I got dealt and stop hiding behind my hats. And you know what? It feels great!
Here's me with my signature beanie (and a much longer beard than I currently have): http://imgur.com/UgGcOWo

So yeah, find your insecurities and blow them out of the water! Even if it's as simple as not wearing a hat :)
