Collector's Pack Mammoth Coins

I just bought the collector's pack, and I had gotten the Founder's Pack on July 27, 2015 (Before open beta). I thought that meant I would have gotten 4000 mammoth coins, but I only got 3500. Can someone help me out here? Thanks.
