[FNV] New Vegas crashes immediately after starting if I use a new profile on Mod Organizer.

If I use my Default profile, the game runs perfectly with all my mods. If I switch to another profile, no mods, the game crashes immediately. If I open New Vegas without Mod Organizer, the game runs perfectly as well. What is causing this problem?

Also, how do I uninstall Darnified UI in Mod Organizer? I disable it, and change the INI, but it still does the empty title screen crash.
