What are the best PAID apps out there? I have so much in my google wallet from the google surveys and no idea what to get with it.

I bought reddit gold platinum which is ad free which is VERY nice and I still have 19 dollars, almost 20 in my wallet. What are some paid apps that are worth it? Is there any paid launchers or something? Best paid icon apps and such?
