[DISC] Himawari (Oneshot)

Recently i came across a oneshot of Asano Inio-sensei and u know, since it's him we are talking about, that oneshot is really messed up. There are so many questions that i can't answer, it's literally stuck in my head for days. Someone, anyone, if you have the time, please read that oneshot and answer those questions for me. 1. Why did the uncle say "we rely on your depression" in this page (http://bato.to/reader#c0cfda17896a06ba_3). It's not like there are subsidies for ppl with depression, right? And i don't understand why he said "though it's a bit much" either. It's should be "though it's a bit... small", right?
2. I don't understand EVERYTHING that the MC said in this page (http://bato.to/reader#c0cfda17896a06ba_23). I assume that the man who was doing dogeza is the bus driver that killed the MC's parent. But then why did the MC said "you're the good guy when i'm the one who screwd up" and "you've been trying to take me down with you"? The MC didn't commit a single thing right? It was his very parent that get killed, why the heck would anyone try to take him down? Another theory is that the MC is a member of the baseball team which was inside the bus that the man doing dogeza was driving when he got into the accident with a random couple who weren't the MC's parent. That theory is base on the chat log in this page (http://bato.to/reader#c0cfda17896a06ba_18): "Even if the kids weren't directly blamed for what happened...". But if that theory is true, then what could the MC and "the kids" do for that accident to happen? I mean, they are just kids, the driver himself even said that accident occured because of a firetrucking deer, remember? Also, in this page (http://bato.to/reader#c0cfda17896a06ba_17) the MC already said that his parent died in an accident, like hell there's another accident in this goddamn oneshot. I know my grammar is a little messed up too, just like this oneshot. However, i really want to understand the content of this oneshot thoroughly. Please help me, and i will remember your good deed for life... ok, not exactly for life, but you understand what i mean.
