What to do about Wasteland in Ranked

The argument of forcing everyone to play Wasteland is pitiful at best, and can be used to justify throwing Snow Day, Rocket Labs, and Basketball into ranked also. The argument of taking wasteland out of Ranked is unfair to people that like it. Why can't they just make it optional? People that want to play it can. People that don't want to play it don't have to. Problem solved. Everyone's happy.
