Stream/Queue Sniping - A New Bug in Dynamic Queue?

Hey guys,

So twice in this weekend I have lost games to having players from the same group on opposite teams, intentionally feeding, or using the ability to see what both teams are doing. I have also heard of but not seen this done using screen sharing software again, along with queue sniping.

I am guessing the ability to manipulate the queue is a software exploit in dynamic queue, because I've only ever heard of it in higher elo before, and my mmr is low gold right now. I know it CAN be done in high gold/low plat, because that's how HotshotGG got his twitch account banned for trolling sirens in 2014 lol.

ADDED: I have already reported everyone suspected of being involved using the ingame reporting tool, and the one stream I was actually able to find has been reported to twitch and already removed.
