Covergirl or Maybelline neutral palette?

I've been itching for a while for a decent neutral eyeshadow palette and I was wondering what people think of these two, I have been hearing pretty god things about them. I do plan on eventually getting the NAKED palette but right now I don't have a lot of extra money to spend because we are in the middle of renovations. Which one of these two would you recommend? Or if there is a better drugstore one I'm up for that too. (I am in Canada though so it wouldn't be worth it for me to get ELF unless they have a huge online sale coming up.)
