AI's armies proportions.

I've noticed that since the last few patches some AI countries' armies have these awful proportions of units, like 3k foot soldiers with 15k cavalry and 9k artillery. And I'm not talking about Poland or Lithuania, but Austria and the Ottomans, and many others, just putting them as an example.

The AI loses way more money and manpower than normal and also gets more war exhaustion, making wars less "challenging" than before. If anyone can tell me if it's common and I've just got lucky and didn't see it that much or if it's happening for someone else, I'd be grateful.
