Question about Retraining and WAPS.

I retrained last year, my DIERT date is Sep 8, 2015. I'm testing for Staff this year, but because of how my CDCs where structured (I was made to complete them on a timeline, couldn't finish early) I haven't been able to put too much time to the PDG. Honestly, I'm okay with not making staff this year. My question, though, is does anyone know if I'll be exempt from SKT next testing cycle?
