Weird Texture Glitch Halo 1 PC

So I got a new computer, and a must have game for me is Halo 1 PC. I installed it and it was fine, but I'm getting this weird texture glitch no matter what my video settings are set to. Some screenshots below.

I have uninstalled, reinstalled and I'm running the latest patch 1.10. Anyone have any ideas on a fix? Thanks in advance!
