[Build Help] Deciding to buy my build without graphics card - will it work?

Alright, i planned on buying this monster now. But since the 1080 is going to be released by the end of the month, i wont buy the 980Ti for such a ridiculous price now.

I currently have a 560 Ti in my shitty PC, will it fit into the Asus Rampage and work fine with the other High-Tier Hardware? I really want to buy and build it already, i cant wait! :D
