So I'm curious, where do you people store your companions?

I've recently started planning a "Hotel" like settlement for all my followers but I'm having a hard time picking a place. The Airport is #1 on my list but it might get tricky if I don't go side with the BOS. Sanctuary is ugly looking and my Fort in Overland Station became more of a mini city...

So where do you guys store them?
