Help me come up with a sustainable, consistent writing process / routine

I'll be graduating college in 3 days and will be taking about a month or so to relax before starting a job. I will essentially have zero obligations during this time, and want to use it as an opportunity to read and write daily again.

I write short stories and creative nonfiction, so I'd like to stick to getting better at that rather than embarking on trying to write a novel. Where, when, and how should I do my writing? Should I have a daily quota (i.e., write X number of words per day)? Should I aim to finish a certain number of pieces? Should I start new work, or focus first on editing / revising old work? I want to get a sense of what people have found to be the best routines for them. Thank you!
