CSGO choke issues?

last couple of weeks I always seem to get choke and even small lags (frame freeze) that are followed up by a choke spike. I get this on MM servers, casual server, faceit and community servers. Now since the last update or the one before I never used to get any choke and my internet is pretty good and stable.

Am I the only one with the issue and if yes has anyone got a fix?
