[Routine Help] Sunscreen is leaving a film after starting OCM

I started OCM with baby oil about a month ago and have seen surprising improvement. I double cleanse with Cerave Hydrating Cleanser afterwards and only OCM at night. Around the same time I bought a new bottle of Cerave 30 spf daily moisturizer after I ran out and liked it enough to repurchase.

The problem I've been running into is that the Cerave seems to sit on top of my skin especially on my upper lip, around my hairline, my jawline, and my neck. The rest of my face absorbs it just fine. I've tried going days without OCM and the sunscreen seems to ball/film up less but it still happens.

Has anyone else been having this issue with OCM and sunscreen?

Morning Routine: Wash with Cerave Hydrating Cleanser, follow with Cerave 30SPF daily Facial Moisturizing Lotion.

Night Routine: OCM with baby oil, Wipe with warm wet towel, Cleanse with Cerave Hydrating Cleanser, Moisturize with Cerave Moisturizing Cream in the tub.
