Crazy idea about the FDA regulation: open flavorless nicotinic base
Here is what I was thinking. If I understood correctly, every small vendors will have to get its own eliquid approved, for every dosage in nic this vendors is selling.
So here is an idea. Why not funding a company by something like kickstarter that will get different dosage of flavorless nicotine approved by the FDA. The aim of this company will be to get this nic approved, and selling them to everyone without any margin (well except for the production of it of course). Thereby it would shortcut any conglomerate of sharks willing to make money upon the regulation (because to be honest nicotin is nicotin, but making a good flavor is difficult).
This way small vendors will only have to sell their concentrate for the price they want, and buyer will have access to this nic at the same price for any vendors. Competition will be based on flavors, not nic approved fda, and while they were thinking they could make ton of money by having every business begging and paying to get their juice approved only 4 or 5 (corresponding to mg dosage) nicotine base would have to get approved.
Ps: sorry for my english not my first language.
