(techsupport) Cheap cpu coolers for lga 1156

Hello people of P.C Master race. I have been working on a low budget build. I have bought a good amount of parts, but because I'm buying used, some vital part were not included. So I have come here with an important question. What cpu cooler is the cheapest? I'm thinking under 10 bucks. If there are no viable options, are there any places to get stock cpu coolers for free or like 5 bucks or under, including shipping? Also will the seagate barracuda 1tb include a SATA cable, as my mobo didn't come with one.
