This irks me

I never claimed to know the facts man I'm just trying to get the story straight. It's bogus how they can smoke in DC but I couldn't light a blunt in my house in Morgantown WV. Again, my issue is with the fact that some can smoke, and some can not, and it's especially wrong that it is legal in our capital city, but not in other areas. Obviously I'm not too fucking educated on the subject if I'm using the word "prezzy" which I enjoyed your use of quotes.
